The Macarena How To

The Macarena How To

The Macarena is one classic dance that people never seem to get tired of.  The song appeared on the 1994 album A mí me gusta, it was a worldwide hit between 1995 and 1996, and continues to enjoy a global cult following. Take a Look: En Pointe

One of my favorite styles of dance to watch happens to be classical ballet or pointe.  To be en pointe is to be on one’s toes.  You will notice that I said watch, and that is for good reason, while I grew up taking this style of dance regularly I’m afraid that with my age I can no longer perform classical ballet routines that would be worth even considering classical ballet.  Still I love to watch it.  The skill and the athleticism it requires will always and forever be mind boggling to me.  Amazing dancers take strength and grace and combined those to create one ultimate form of art that I simply love.
